It wasn't the planet's explosion that killed him, but the laser itself. He is vaporized instantly by the Deplanetizer's laser. This looks lovely, but what puts him higher than others is the fact that he is screaming in pain for the duration of this. He disintegrates into blue particles after Kirby defeats him with the Star Rod. He falls into Cybertron's organic core and is vaporized in a spectacular digital-looking flash of light. We see him being consumed by the light, but it's not graphic at all. He is vaporized in a flash of light by the Winx. Like Tai Lung, he is offscreen when he explodes, and though he screams in pain, it's not very graphic. He is sucked into the air by the Rainbow of Light and explodes in a flash of light. While the form he dies in is non-corporeal, he does seem to show a bit of pain, but still not graphic. He is exorcised from Hordak by She-Ra, and is destroyed in a flash of light. He is offscreen when he explodes.Ĩ9: Horde Prime - She-Ra and the Princesses of Power He is destroyed with the Wuxi Finger Hold, and explodes in a shockwave of light. She is hit by her own magic beam and disintegrates into bubbles. Not graphic at all and very family-friendly. She is destroyed in a flash of rainbow light. She shows no pain, she just stands still as she fades away with ripple effect.ĩ2: Morgana - Princess Gwenevere and the Jewel Riders She melts when spring comes to her palace. This is at the top of this section because it is believed to be a more painful transformation.ĩ3: The Snow Queen - The Snow Queen (1957) He grabs the gold part of the Hand of Midas and turns to gold. Is turned to stone and killed by Gwen with the power of the Wizard Jewels.ĩ4: Sa'luk - Aladdin and the King of Thieves We're not even sure this killed him but it's possible.ĩ5: Lady Kale - Princess Gwenevere and the Jewel Riders The transformation doesn't take long and there likely wasn't much pain. These rank the next lowest because it's usually not considered very graphic and can be mistaken for being asleep but alive as petrification is not always fatal in every universe, only some like those listed below.ĩ6: Darko the Sorcerer - The Real Shlemiel

Grimmel the Grisly - How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.Percival McLeach - The Rescuers: Down Under.Professor Ratigan - The Great Mouse Detective. They share the spot of 97, or you could call it 110-97. The last three will be falls into water from a great height where the real life physics apply. Note that some that would fit into one section might be saved for the last section if it has other factors to it making it more brutal. I know others have differing opinions on the gruesome levels of some of these (like, one puts Clayton above Scar and Scar above Ursula, another reverses it), well here's mine.Īnd, anything I haven't seen, or haven't seen enough of to know their main villains if applicable, won't be listed here (so nothing Adventure Time, Steven Universe, or Rick and Morty, if there are any). But again, I'll also exclude Ozzy and Strut and Ichy and Dil for now. But I will include Aku, Lotor, and Sendak here this time. Also not counting Judge Doom yet as, though he's a toon, it's in a live-action setting. Again, only based on animated movies and shows I've seen, and not including anime, redeemed, revived (except one since many consider his revival season non-canon and have other theories on this, so, dying a second time, he'll be listed twice), or non-speaking (again, except one due to being the first in a trilogy and forcing others to do her bidding). I recently did a blog describing each of them, now here I'm ranking them from least to most gruesome (inspired by others doing similar lists).
